Speaker 1:

Y'all, y'all. I just thought I recorded my podcast. Now look, okay, a couple things. My phone didn't upgrade, software upgrade and it has the new voice memo app and it's been janky, it's been weird, it's been really, really it's been glitchy. I'm afraid to stop it now to do anything, to go over and look at articles, because it stopped recording and I thought I recorded the whole damn thing.

Speaker 1:

So this is a nothing episode right now, today, except I will tell you, yesterday morning, monday morning, I turned on Pat Gray and listened to it for about an hour and a half thinking that it was live, forgetting that they were on vacation and I was out there tweeting and all kinds of stuff. What in the world, carol? All right, so I guess I'm just going to catch up on their overtime episodes this morning. Um yeah, so this is a no nothing. This is a nothing podcast. I'm afraid to swipe off of my voice memo app and go to my articles. I'm going to try it. Oh, I'm going to make me mad if it doesn't work. All right, so there's three. There's three things I have out there on my XFeed and I. I talked about it and I, but apparently my voice memo app quit and I thought it was really good episode two and I don't have time to go over and redo it all.

Speaker 1:

Except for the billionaires are creating life-extending pills for the rich, but CEO warns they'll lead to a planet of posh zombies. That is a long article. It's from the New York Post. I suggest you go read it. It's very, very long. A lot of these tech billionaires are creating regenerative medicine is what they're calling it, and I say sign me up. Look people out there have their weight loss medication. I need this regenerative medicine. I don't care. I don't know how it's gonna turn people into zombies, but you know there's pros and cons to everything. I was go read the story. It's really good. I think you should.

Speaker 1:

The next one up is the new study claims popular popular? Really, it's not popular DEI practices. I promise you it's not popular. This is such a contradictory. This is the headline. New study claims popular DEI practices can lead to ramped up hostility and racial tensions. So why is it popular? New York Post, stop it. It does. I don't know if you've noticed, but ever since they started doing this shit and that's what it is bullshit, excuse my language. Yeah, yeah, racial tensions are up because of this crap. All right, and the next one up is really funny. It's a funny story also from the New York Post.

Speaker 1:

This TikTok influencer says she bought a cute resin necklace from Teemu and she was stunned to find out that it was a smelly dog's tooth. Buyer beware. All right, that's all I've got. That's a really. It's like a three minute thing here. I'm just so upset that I thought I recorded a good 20 minutes and it was. And it was not recording at all. Stupid voice memo app. Anyway, you know where those three articles are. They're on my X file feed, whatever you want to call it. Uh, go read that if you have nothing else to do Again.

Speaker 1:

Uh, closing down this podcast pretty soon. December 8th will be the last episode. I am going to miss it, I'm not going to lie. I'm going to miss it, uh, but it's time to do something else. It's been five years. It's been five years y'all, and my new podcast, which is called Melania Memoirs A Return to Grace, will be a weekly podcast and it'll be about the First Lady. Now I'll be putting out teasers, daily teasers, from December 9th to December 31st on the new podcast, and then January 1st will be the first full episode. Now, the first week in January I'll probably talk about her book and her history, and then January 20th, I'm thinking about doing a live stream covering the inauguration I don't know, we'll see and then after that it will be current events.

Speaker 1:

All right, I've got to go. I guess I need a question of the day. I'm afraid to pause it. All right, I'll just go with the regenerative medicine. If you, if they created a pill and it was safe, or a vaccine well, I don't even know, I don't want to say vaccine If they created some medicine that you could take and it was totally safe to make you live a few years longer and you would be healthy, would you do it?

Speaker 1:

I would, I would in a heartbeat. I know, I know, I know, I know. But if that means I could live a little bit longer to see Cameron grow up a little bit more, get married, whatever, that would be awesome. I think I would do it. I think I would do it. Yes, I would. I don't think I would. I would, I would. I want to live a long time. I really do. So. Look like I said, judge me if you'd like.

Speaker 1:

I know most of my listeners here would not take it. I'm pretty sure they would not take it, but I just think it's funny People out there are so against vaccines and everything and I am too Trust me, trust me on this but then they turn around and will inject themselves with the weight loss drug. So, whatever, all right, I've got to go. I hope you guys have a great day and I will be back again tomorrow and, god willing and hopefully, my voice memo will work properly. I know it's a short one, but that's okay. It's thanksgiving week, right, we got that coming looking forward to. We're going over to our daughter's house this year. I'm looking forward to that so much and it's going to be fun. All right, Gotta go Bye.
